Job Overview:

Ensure successful career for engineers from their entry to higher levels by addressing best matched job and learning opportunities. Ensure larger number of engineers to avail the career advice by revising documents and process and mentoring junior members. You are expected to learn the dynamics of engineer recruitment, engineering minimum as non-engineer, project management and junior member mentoring.

Work Scope:

  • Assess engineers and students to advice what job opportunities avail and thereby if and how to learn coding
  • Discuss with HR departments of advanced IT companies to produce best leads for their needs
  • Review, revise documents and process of career advice, following direction by superiors
  • Analyze engineers and their data to provide insights of further improvement
  • Attend learning sessions of some of the coding bootcamp to better understand Tech and IT Recruitment
  • Other tasks that may arise, related to the position

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field
  • At least 2 Years of related work experience is required for senior level
  • Good interpersonal skills, customer service, and establishing rapport
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • HR related basic skill (resume screening, HR interview)
  • Knowledge in different recruitment and staffing process/es is a plus
  • Ability to structure information
  • Minimum logical thinking
  • Passion to learn new things, especially project management and engineering minimum for non-engineer
  • Finds fulfillment in helping others get a successful career

Salary and Benefits:

  • Junior level: 13K-22K, Senior level: 22K-31K
  • Quarterly performance appraisal as basis for salary increase and bonuses

  • Training allowance of up to P24,000 per 2 years
