The digital marketing manager is a vital role in our goal to provide learning oppotunities in the tech industry. As an EdTech start-up, we aim to equip the public with the skills to build their careers as software developers. Your role as part of the digital marketing team is to drive web traffic and maximize applicant-to-student conversions. You'll learn and utilize multiple technologies, such as marketing automation, Zapier, CRM, Jenkins, Asana, and Django.
- Conduct market research to to continuously improve customer journey, user funnel, lead conversions
- Generate leads through A/B testing using Facebook ads, SEM, SEO, Content, Social Media, Chatbot, Email marketing and Marketing automation
- Update website content and propose new features aimed at improving applicant-to-student conversion
- Gauge, monitor, and report on the performance of all digital marketing assets
- Other tasks that may arise, related to the position
- Bachelor's Degree in any related field
- At least 4 years of experience in marketing, 1 year in digital marketing
- Applied knowledge of any digital marketing avenue (Social, SEM, SEO, EDM, etc.)
- Data-driven thinking and an inclination for data-based initiatives
- Excellent written and verbal English commounication skills
- Data-driven mindset and inclination to data-based initiatives
- Proactive self-starter and able to arrive at logical decisions
- Salary: P40,000 - P65,000 / month
- Passion for Performance: Salary increase is based on performance appraisals done every quarter. Employee health is essential. Each staff gets a Healthcard, 15 Vacation and 15 Sick Leaves per year, +104 leaves per year called Saturdays and Sundays.
