Job Overview:

The Senior Account Manager will assist in laying out the foundations of the business. As an EduTech institution involved in providing Web Developers, you will be primarily tasked with generating and converting leads of Employers who will hire our graduates and accelerate their careers. You are also expected to learn IT & HR skills to further contribute to the business. The best way to learn how to run a start-up is to join successful start-up as early as possible.

Work Scope:

  • Develop sales strategy, by hearing from clients, conducting competitor research and benchmark surveys
  • Generate prospects list and visit prospects to conduct presentations and hearings
  • Acquire clients and negotiate their contracts, and encourage recruiters to refer appropriate applicants
  • Provide insights to improve internal processes and presentatiion materials
  • Attend some of the coding bootcamp's learning sessions to better understand Tech and IT Recruitment
  • Plan what type of salespeople need to be hired, and how to train and motivate them

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field, preferably Marketing, Sales, or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of related work experience is required
  • Good interpersonal skills, customer service, and ability to establish rapport
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Detail-oriented and good problem-solving skills
  • Experience in prospecting, engaging, acquiring, and retaining client companies
  • Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies
  • Proactiveness in accomplishing individual, team, and company goals, and meeting customers' needs
  • Leadership to implement changes

Salary and Benefits:

  • Salary: Base of P20,000-30,000 / month, with additional incentive of 5% of sales
  • Quarterly performance appraisal as basis for salary increase and bonuses
  • HMO, 15 Vacation Leave credits, 15 Sick Leave credits
  • Training allowance of up to P24,000 every 2 years
  • Lunch allowance, company outing, year-end party, and birthday blowout
  • Casual dress code and at-home culture
  • Workdays: Monday - Fridays, 8 hours
  • Flextime may be permitted; except for core time from 10am-4pm, you can work for anytime you want, once superior deems flexitime is more productive
