You will join the tech team and undergo a guided self-study period, mentored by the experienced developers of our tech team. You are expected to slowly integrate into the day to day operations of the tech team in consideration of business requirements and business critical activities. Over time, new technologies may be required to sustain the business. You are expected to adapt to the new technologies or research about them if the technology is beyond the current understanding of the team, and apply them accordingly in a timely and reliable manner.
- Deliver codework and software engineering related work products that will ensure the operations of the business
- Provide reliable documentation and work products of all codework delivered
- Proactively identify risks and gaps within the team that may endanger the sustainability of the business
- Propose creative solutions that may help decrease leaks and improve the general efficiency of the organization, and all of its departments
- Assist the instructor team in improving the curriculum and efficiency of the coding bootcamp via your knowledge of tech
- Zuitt Coding Bootcamp Graduate or have a Degree in Computer Science or Engineering
- Any prior software development experience is a plus
- Good interpersonal skills, systems thinking and integrity in quality of work
- Detail-oriented and proactive, risk-averse, especially in the pursuit of a reliable work product
- Quick turnaround time capabilities in learning new technologies and highly adaptable
- Must be collaborative and capable of balancing technological requirements vs business needs with regard to task delivery
- Must have grit and be conscientious in discerning completion of work
- Salary: Base of P18,000-22,000 / month
- Quarterly performance appraisal as basis for salary increase and bonuses
- Mentorship in Python 3, VueJS, and Automation
- HMO, 15 Vacation Leave credits, 15 Sick Leave credits
- Training allowance of up to P24,000 every 2 years
