As a Legal-Admin Associate, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Legal-Admin team. Your responsibilities will encompass a range of tasks, from corporate secretarial work to liaison with external entities. The role requires a combination of administrative proficiency, legal knowledge, and effective communication skills.
- Corporate Secretarial Work:
- Create and examine basic contracts, affidavits, and various legal papers, then sort, record, and maintain them for record-keeping purposes.
- Ensure meticulous record-keeping and systematic organization of legal and administrative paperwork.
- Legal and Admin Research and Compliance:
- Conduct legal and administrative research, coordinating with suppliers, lawyers, government agencies, and external parties.
- Ensure the organization complies with legal laws by preparing, filing, and organizing reports and relevant requirements.
- Liaison and Fieldwork:
- Establish positive working relationships with suppliers, government agencies, third-party companies, and affiliates.
- Conduct liaison and fieldwork with government agencies and private entities as required.
- Manage and verify asset inventory:
- Keep the asset tracker up-to-date.
- Support client teams with asset deliveries, repairs, and receipts.
- Maintain accurate records of stock assets.
- Other tasks that may arise, related to the position.
- Bachelor's Degree in any related field.
- Preferably with Political Science, Legal Management, or Business Administration
- Preferably with six (6) months of experience in corporate secretarial work but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Applied knowledge of government compliance requirements such as: Business Permit and SEC Compliances
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Suite.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
