Job Overview:

Your task will not be restricted to recruitment like resume-screening and interview, but will involve the improvement of the overall experience of human resources: the staff and bootcamp students.
You will be actively involved in proactive and reactive monitoring of the satisfaction scores of human resources. As applicable, you will identify problem points, propose possible solutions, and execute.
Following our growth plan, you will develop a variety of skills in the area of, not only HR screening, but also data-handling, problem-solving and HR events management.

Work Scope:

  • Source, screen, and facilitate on-boarding of staff and bootcamp students, while performing effective and accurate communication functions
  • Update, maintain, and file records and documents relating to human resources of the company
  • Collate and summarize data, and submit reports in a timely manner
  • Support in providing optimum learning experience for students, through continuous classroom and interaction improvements
  • Design, plan, and implement staff/student event/s
  • Other tasks that may arise, related to the position

Qualification:

  • Bachelor degree in any field, preferably Psychology, Human Resource Management, Humanities/Liberal Arts, or equivalent
  • At least 1 Year of related work experience is required for senior level. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply for junior level.
  • Good interpersonal skills, particularly in communication, customer service, and developing rapport
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Detail-oriented and with good problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge in different recruitment and staffing process/es is a plus
  • Proactiveness in accomplishing individual, team, and company goals, and providing customers' needs
  • Finds fulfillment in helping others get a successful career

Salary and Benefits:

  • Junior level: 13K-22K, Senior level:25K-31K

We offer a "Study-Now-Pay-Later" payment enabling students who cannot pay upfront fee, to learn coding.

As a fast-growing start-up, we have expanded from four to 22 full time staffs in a year since April 2017. There are currently two labs located in Quezon City, with more labs being set-up around Metro Manila, starting with Makati.
