The Digital Marketing Associate is responsible for driving web traffic to help people avail learning opportunities and get their dream career as software engineers. The position also manages web and social media channels of Tuitt, and optimizes applicant-to-student conversions through advertising, working directly with the CEO (IPO-experienced serial entrepreneur) as they develop marketing strategies and implement company initiatives.
- Develop marketing strategy through continuous improvement of existing personae, customer journey, user funnel, and competitor research
- Generate leads through Facebook ads A/B testing, SEM, SEO, content creation, social media engagement, and e-mail marketing campaigns
- Work closely with developers and UI/UX designers to update website contents and propose new features aimed at improving overall performance
- Gauge, monitor, and report on the performance of all digital marketing assets
- Convert online audience into offline seminar attendees, and eventually into students of the bootcamp
- Other tasks that may arise related to the digital marketer role
- Bachelor’s degree in any field (no prior experience or knowledge in marketing is required)
- Excellent written English skills
- Data-driven thinking and an inclination for data-based initiatives
- Able to recommend out-of-the-box initiatives
Passion for quantitative performance
- Must be a self-starter and a good team-player
- Salary: P18,000 - P22,000 / month
- Bi-annual performance appraisal as basis for salary increase and bonuses
- HMO, 15 Vacation Leave credits, 15 Sick Leave credits
- Gym subsidy of up to 50%
- Training allowance of up to P24,000 every 2 years
- Lunch allowance, company outing, year-end party, and birthday blowout
