Job Overview:

As a content marketer in a tech education institution, you will motivate audiences to learn software engineering to succeed in their careers. You're expected to design not only the contents themselves, but also the best way to deliver them by designing the best mix of channels and media from email, chatbot, blog, facebook page, text, video, etc. You'll master not only content development but also content strategy, numerical descion making, some basic coding skill, marketing automation & CRM with Mautic & Zapier.

Work Scope:

  • Develop the company's content strategy and implement it from start to finish, through continuous research and content production, with the help of other members of the Marketing team.
  • Craft content that generates leads through Facebook ads, SEO, Social Media, Chatbot, and Email marketing
  • As part of an agile development team, work closely with developers and UI/UX designers to update website contents and propose new features
  • Gauge, monitor, report, and analyze the performance of all content marketing efforts to make data-based decisions quickly
  • Bring in warm leads to offline seminars to ensure there are enough enrollees for official classes
  • Other tasks that may arise related to the digital marketer role


  • Degree in any field. Bonus if degree is in Journalsim, Marketing, Advertising, Fine Arts, Creative Writing, or Mass Comm.
  • 1 year (or more) experience in content development/marketing is a plus
  • Experience producing content for an audience, to achieve a specific goal
  • Excellent written English skills
  • Willing to learn data-driven thinking & content development
  • Knowledge in SEO, Social Media Trends is plus
  • Design, video production, and/or audio production skills are a plus
  • Great passion for performance and learning
  • Leadership to implement changes

Salary and Benefits:

  • Salary: P22,000 - P28,000 / month for experienced content marketers, and P18,000 - P22,000 / month if inexperienced
  • Quarterly performance appraisal as basis for salary increase and bonuses

  • Training allowance of up to P24,000 every 2 years
